Campaign Information
The Hope Can't Wait Campaign is a project of the Office of Joshua Bell ("OJB"). The OJB is a federally incorporated non-profit governed by the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act. Inspired by the lived experience of Joshua Bell, the organization works collaboratively to raise awareness of mental health issues, reduce stigma, and educate the public about available resources and how to access them.
The petition, e-7234, is being presented by Joshua Bell as a private Canadian citizen (not as this or any other organization) and is sponsored by a sitting MP.
The HCW Campaign has a mission of reducing the stigma around suicide, working to ensure public education around suicide prevention efforts and supports, and supporting efforts of organizations and people working towards the creation of a national suicide prevention strategy.
